Hello, my name is Ken Schmidt. Over the years, I’ve owned several businesses, including a large painting/drywall company, an REO contracting business, and a company that fixed and flipped numerous homes in Denver and Phoenix. I have also worked as a real estate agent in Scottsdale, AZ. After a busy career, my wife Peg and I decided we needed a change. So, in 2015, we took a leap of faith, sold most of our possessions, hopped in our RV, and embarked on a journey as full-time RV’ers.

After several years of traveling and seeing most of this beautiful country, we decided to settle down and chose to come back to Arizona, more specifically, the Verde Valley. We believe this area is a hidden gem that most people know little about.

Asking ourselves what the next chapter of our life would be, we thought about our past experiences. We’ve always owned businesses together as a team, and I really enjoyed my years fixing and flipping homes, doing most of the work myself with a couple of helpers. This led us to start SedonaCottonwoodHandyman.com.

We now focus on small projects, many of which I complete myself. We are committed to delivering top-notch handyman services that exceed our clients’ expectations.
