Get to Know Ken, Peg & Kona

Hello, my name is Ken Schmidt. After owning several businesses over the years that included a large painting/drywall company, an REO contracting business, a company that fixed and flipped numerous homes in Denver and Phoenix, plus being a real estate agent in Scottsdale AZ my wife Peg and I decided we needed a change. So, in 2015 we made a BIG change and sold most of our possessions, jumped in our RV and became full time RV'ers.

 

Well after several years and traveling to 47 States seeing most of this beautiful Country we decided to settle down and chose to come back to Arizona, more specifically the Verde Valley. We believe this area is a hidden gem that most people know nothing about.

So, what do we do with the next chapter of our lives. Well we've always owned businesses together as a team. I really enjoyed my years fixing/flipping homes and did most of the work myself with a couple of helpers. With that thought we started SedonaCottonwoodHandyman.com.
